Home / Services

Siding, repair & the trim that finishes it.

Every job is measured, quoted and installed by the same crew — no subcontracting the details out.

Vinyl siding

Low-maintenance siding installed tight and true, built for temperature swings across the valley. The most budget-friendly option and the least upkeep once it's on.

Hardie fiber cement

Fire- and weather-resistant fiber cement siding for homeowners who want it done once, done right. Also one of the stronger choices if wildfire resilience is part of your decision — more on that here.

Cedar & wood siding

Natural cedar and wood siding, installed and finished to hold its look through Okanagan winters. More maintenance than vinyl or Hardie, but a look some homeowners want regardless.

Soffit & fascia

The trim that protects your roofline — installed clean, sealed properly, and built to last.

Siding repair

Storm damage, warped panels, or a section that's finally had it — patched or replaced fast.

Questions

Before you call.

How long does a siding project take?+

It depends on the size of the home and the material — a full residiing typically runs longer than a repair or a partial section. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we've seen the job.

Do you remove the old siding first?+

Yes, in almost all cases. It lets us check the sheathing underneath for rot or moisture damage before new siding goes up — installing over a hidden problem just buries it.

Which material should I choose?+

Vinyl is the most budget-friendly and low-maintenance. Hardie fiber cement costs more but resists fire, moisture, and impact better. Cedar and wood give a natural look but need more upkeep. We'll walk you through what fits your home and budget on the call.

Do you work outside Vernon?+

Yes — we regularly work in Kelowna, Kamloops, Salmon Arm, and everywhere in between, plus a wider region for larger projects. See our full service area.

Is the quote really free?+

Yes. Call or fill out the form — there's no charge to find out what your project would cost.
